The Neighbourhood

Located just 15 minutes to the town of Duncan - Victoria's little sister. 'But before we entertain any sense of superiority, let's be clear: this little sister is one of the cool kids' according to YAM magazine!

The house itself is located on a quiet cul de sac. A short walk up the road offers stunning views of the Cowichan Valley.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events allowed without prior consent from the landlords.

The Salt Spring Island ferry is only 10 minutes away in the town of Crofton.  

Only 10 minutes from beautiful Maple Bay. Visit The Lion Rampant Scottish Pub, an oceanfront neighbourhood pub or let the kids swim in the bay! Visit the Swim Guide and search for beach 877 for Maple Bay.  

Only a 10 minute drive to reach Trans Canada Highway 1 which gives you easy access to the entire Island.  

Harbour Air Seaplane service is available between Maple Bay and Vancouver, Vancouver International Airport and the Victoria harbour. You'll never forget the spectacular flight!

You will likely see deer on the property - please don't feed them. We don't want them to become used to humans which puts them in danger. Watch for the fawns in the spring!

There are 3 cats on the property... please leash your dog when outdoors so the cat doesn't chase your dog!
